As a member of today’s rapidly changing global community, the school in session 2013 - 14 is adapting to the evolving needs of society and contributing to the overall health and wellness of human world for its belief that social responsibility is a duty which every individual has to perform to maintain a balance between the economy and the ecosystem.

The school is continually reviewing and improving its efforts to nurture a healthy environment of diversity, conducting responsible practices and contributing to the existence, care and well-being of the weaker sections or the needy in a society. 

As part of the ‘Student social responsibility’ the school conducted various activities in the form of good deeds towards the society in the last session, as it firmly believes that it is the responsibility of every student to morally bind everyone through the medium of such ethical practices. Few activities undertaken by the school for the session 2013-14 are as follows :

Celebrating and felicitating the labour class  on ‘Labour day’	Organising blood donation camps
Collecting books from the library & students & donating them to several NGO’s	Participating in District interact leadership assembly
Participating in Rotary Youth Leadership Awards 2013	Donating money & clothes for the Uttarakhand tragedy
Donating clothes to the needy in nearby villages.	Donating items of basic necessities to Old age homes
Organising Seminar on Sexual abuse	Holding Special assembly on ‘Save the girl child’
Organising Nukkad Natak on social issues	Holding Drive on ‘Tree Plantation in school
Drive on Ban of plastic bags	Anti-cracker drive during the festival Diwali
