As stated in our vision, teaching and learning at Brain International goes beyond textbooks and exams. We want the learning experience to be holistic and one that unleashes the child’s potential to its full extent.

Co-curricular activities:
Activities like Debates, Declamations, Art, Music and Painting are organized regularly in the form of inter class and inter house competitions. Students are free to choose any activity they like. The annual activity calendar is planned to give every talent an opportunity to blossom.

Clubs like Skating, Taekwondo, Music/Vocal and Instrumental, Abacus, Dramatics,Computers, Maths and Science conduct various activities regularly.

Sports:

State of the art sports infrastructure gives every child a chance to learn a sport but more importantly develop sportsman spirit, build character and team work. The school also has a world-class water park and a high tech gymnasium.

Students Body:
To develop leadership qualities in our students, the school has a Nominated Students Body consisting of student representatives. Its a matter of great honor for any student to be nomiated to the Students Body. This year's Investiture Ceremony was held on 14th August and presided over by the Chairman and the Members of the Management Committee.

Music and Dance:

Music and Dance occupy a very high status in Indian culture and history. It has often been cited as a means of connecting with the supreme power. Further our scriptures have highlighted its role in bringing out the aesthetic skills of the performer.

BIS subscribes to this line of thought and provides its students an opportunity to bring out their creative side. Students are trained in solo and group song and dances. They are exposed to Indian classical as well as western music and dance. They are taught to play musical instruments.

Our especially designed music and dance rooms provide the musical instruments as well as ample space to rehearse the performances.

School has its own band which performs at various school events. The band comprises of student members who can play guitar, harmonium, synthesiser, congo, tabla and xylophone. 

Personality development:
In today’s world a mere educational qualification does not guarantee success. It is extremely important to be able to handle the challenges of the world, to know how to express yourself in the right manner and to present yourself properly.

At BIS, we help our students understand their assets and work on their weaker points. Regular workshops on personality grooming are regularly held in the school campus for both students and parents. The topics emphasized during these workshops are Social etiquettes, inter-personal communication skills, general awareness and, personal grooming and effective public speaking.

Drama and literature:

Drama and literature provide excellent expression platforms to children. Dramatics club organizes one-act skits, street-theatre, role-play, impromptu and full length musicals, in both Hindi and English. Literary club encourages students to participate in Public speaking, poetry recitation and debating.

Walks

Its important for children to get a chance to go out of the classroom - visit new places and discover the world. With this intent in mind BIS regularly organizes walks and excursions for its students.

A picture can convey what hundreds of lines cannot.
We encourage our students to bring out their creative side through a well-planned system of painting instructions and activities. This helps make the child sensitive, develops his imagination and provides a wonderful medium for self-expression.

BIS students take up various Art and Craft activities like Clay Modelling, Photography, etc. The joy of creating something and holding in your hand is experienced by our students from a very young age.

Debates

Leaders are known for their clarity of thought and ability to convey it to the masses. Many of our political figures were active debaters during their school and college days. At BIS, we make leaders and encourage all our students to participate in debates and declamations to polish their public speaking skills.
