Trips & Excursions: 2015-16


The children of nursery and prep class went for an excursion to ISKCON TEMPLE in Dwarka on 26th August,2015 .They chanted and danced on the “Maha Mantra – Hare Krishna Hare Rama”. The students enjoyed and worshiped Lord Krishna.








Students of classes IX and XI  got an opportunity to visit the parliament house on 12th  August, 2015. Students got to see Government in action and witness parliamentary debates and the process of policy making in both the houses i.e Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. During the visit the students saw the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha in action through the gallery, visited the Parliament museum and attended a session where they were briefed about the detailed working of the Parliament. Students were delighted to see the honourable leaders like Sushma Swaraj, L.K. Advani, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi in action. The brief peep into the Parliament's proceedings was very informative.The rare exposure was indeed education for all our students.




A Day to Enjoy- Movie- ‘Chhota bheem and the curse of Damyaan’

A movie trip to PVR ,Vikas Puri was organised for the students of Nursery and Prep on 28th july’15. They enjoyed watching the animation of ‘Chhota bheem and the curse of Damyaan’. It was a  funfilled outing for the tiny tots and teachers. 

National Museum Of Natural history- A Memorable Trip
"Real museums are places where Time is transformed into space." An excursion was organised on 10th July for classes IV to V at National Museum of Natural History , Tansen marg , Delhi. The motto of this trip was to provide detailed information about past with entertainment. Students visited all four galleries of the museum to understand the concept of evolution of life along with the brief introduction of the flora and fauna, their natural habitats, ecosystems, endangered species of birds & animals in the Indian subcontinent and gathered few information about cells and tissues. All in all it was a wonderful trip. Students returned with immense joy and knowledge.
The Movie Show
As we all know, imagination rules the world! And students are a powerhouse of imagination. A dream-world full of imagination is their favourite place to live in. To give this imaginative flow a right direction and bring all the enthusiasm and zeal to a fun filled and adventurous day , a movie show ‘The Penguine of Madagascar’ and Night at the Museum   was organised on 29th April'15 and 6th  May'15 for classes I-III & IV- V at PVR cinema, Vikaspuri. Students expressed  fun and their laughter lighted up the theatre room. They returned with immense joy and high spirits to the campus . “The show had been a complete package of fun with knowledge.”
